About Sharon

In 2004 I founded Barefoot Works, one of the first yoga studios in Lexington, Kentucky. In 2019 I found myself ready to transition into something new. Just after celebrating our 15th anniversary, I sold the yoga studio (and it’s still in the most amazing hands).

 

Over the past two decades I’ve taught retreats, workshops and trainings across the United States and Mexico. For over ten years I’ve coached women on everything from starting a business, to creating new habits, to being more kind and compassionate to themselves.

 

My life coaching practice is grounded in Positive Psychology, an evidence based approach to human flourishing. We won’t waste our time together guessing what might work as you create the meaningful change you desire in your life.
