I’m Sharon Tessandori. I’m a dreamer AND a doer.

(Yep, it’s possible — and highly productive — to be both.) I’m also a certified life coach, veteran yoga instructor, small business owner, spiritual hillbilly, Appalachian mountain mama, seeker of beauty, truth …and tremendously good espresso. I love a good latte.

My not-so-top-secret equation for bliss?

The philosophy of YOGA & the practicality of COACHING = powerful, purposeful PERSONAL GROWTH

I believe that one simple question has the power to change your life.

“What would I do if I knew I could not fail?”

It’s the question that prompted me to transform my own life, 10 years ago — to abandon my cushy 9-to-5 job, sell my suburban house and embark on a decidedly unconventional path: teaching yoga … in beautiful kick ass Kentucky.

I started my very own own yoga studio — Barefoot Works — with no money, no business training, and no rulebook.

But I had loads of concentration, conviction, & a knack for attracting community support. That — plus an undeniable passion for my work.

In the years to come, I left no mat rolled, no stone unturned.

I shared my stories & lessons on my blog. I led my first yoga retreat in Tulum, Mexico — then a yoga teacher training and taught through a tropical hurricane. I trained new teachers, and hired over a half dozen more. I outgrew my space and found a magnificent treehouse for my students to play in. I continued to dream. I continued to work. I continued to ask myself that pivotal question, again & again:

“What would I do if I knew I could not fail?”

The answer soon revealed itself. I wanted to become a life coach — and help yoga-minded men & women find deeper meaning, passion & purpose.

I wanted to help make other people’s dreams REAL — just like I’d actualized my own.

Because I know exactly how GOOD it feels to know who you are, what you want, and how to make it happen.

And feelings THIS good have got to be shared.

TODAY: I’m a certified life coach, who happens to (still) run a profitable yoga studio. I live in “the big blue house”, a magical 100-year old Victorian house, where I (regularly) dance like a fool in the foyer. I coach on an individual basis (one-on-one lovin’, right over here) and lead events & retreats to help people reinvent their lives & careers.

Because these are the things I adore.
This is what lights my heart afire.
This is the game I want to play.
And the story I want to live.

Thank you for stepping into my yoga-licious world of self-discovery. I’m deeply grateful. And I can’t wait to meet you & your dreams.
